OnRamp lets you keep a person out of analytics without losing the audit trail needed to reverse an accidental exclusion.

Exclude a user

Open a user’s detail page and exclude them from analytics. Their events are removed from reporting and quarantined for 90 days. You can restore the user during that period.

Privacy requests

Use the user detail page to investigate a known journey, then follow your internal privacy process for deletion or access requests. OnRamp’s privacy and data guide explains what is collected, retention, storage, and the information you may need in your own privacy policy.

What OnRamp does not collect

OnRamp does not record video, screenshots, keystrokes, or browser-storage identifiers for anonymous web analytics. It records event names, timestamps, screen or page context, and the properties you explicitly send.
