Analytics comparisons/OnRamp vs Statable

A Statable alternative when you need apps, revenue and ad spend

Statable is clean, cookieless, EU-hosted website analytics. OnRamp is EU-hosted too, but it measures mobile apps as well as websites, and connects every visitor to the revenue and ad spend behind them.

The short answer

Pick the one that fits your product

Choose OnRamp when

You have a mobile app, or a product where you need to know which campaigns and onboarding steps turn into paying users. You want revenue, ad spend and funnels in one place.

Choose Statable when

You want a privacy-first Google Analytics replacement for websites, blogs or client sites: unlimited sites on every plan, GA4 import, embeddable live widgets and no consent banner.

What Statable does well

Statable is cookieless website analytics hosted in the Netherlands. A ~2 KB script tracks visitors, sessions, pageviews, bounce rate, traffic sources (including AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude), goals, funnels and custom events. It includes live widgets, GA4 import, Search Console, a WordPress plugin and an MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited websites.

OnRamp vs Statable, side by side

Statable comes out ahead on 2 of these, OnRamp on 5, and the rest are a tie. “Not listed” means we couldn't find it on Statable's site when we checked in September 2026.

Analytics

Traffic analytics with revenue on the same chart

Statable covers website traffic well: visitors, sessions, sources, countries and devices, without cookies.

OnRamp shows the same traffic picture, then puts revenue on the same chart and breaks it down by source, country and iOS vs Android. It works for apps and websites in one project.

Ad spend

Know which campaigns pay for themselves

We couldn’t find ad spend or revenue tracking in Statable’s feature list. Paid visits show up as a traffic source.

OnRamp imports daily spend from Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads and matches it to revenue from Stripe, RevenueCat, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. You get net ROAS per campaign, so you can cut the losers and scale the winners.

Funnels

Funnels that name the users who left

Both products support funnels. OnRamp adds the people behind the numbers: click the biggest drop to see who left, how long they spent between steps, and what they did before quitting.

Privacy

Both are EU-hosted in the Netherlands

Statable is cookieless and discards IP addresses after counting a visit. OnRamp also runs in the EU (Netherlands). Raw IP addresses and user agents are used transiently at ingestion and aren’t stored in analytics data.

The difference is scope. Statable measures anonymous website traffic. OnRamp measures product journeys, so mobile apps use an SDK-generated device ID. Read the privacy docs for exactly what’s collected.

Setup

Set up by your coding agent, or by hand

OnRamp is agent-first. The setup page gives you one prompt for Claude Code, Cursor or any coding agent. It handles CLI authorization, SDK integration, milestone selection, funnel configuration and verification, then you watch “Waiting for your first event…” turn into “First event received”.

By hand it’s one call per step: OnRamp.init() once, then OnRamp.step('account_created') wherever a milestone happens. The same data is available to agents afterwards through the OnRamp CLI and MCP server.

When Statable is the better choice

  • You only need website analytics and want a simple, cookieless Google Analytics replacement.
  • You’re moving off GA4 and want to import your history.
  • You run many sites and want unlimited websites on every plan.
  • You want embeddable live visitor widgets and globes on your site.

When OnRamp is the better Statable alternative

  • You have a mobile app, or an app plus a website.
  • You want revenue and ad spend next to traffic, with net ROAS per campaign.
  • You need funnels that show which users dropped and why.
  • You want per-user journeys to debug onboarding.
